Application Information
- As part of the application process, you will be asked to provide basic information about yourself, your research interests, and why you are interested in participating in the Initiative. You will be asked to upload your CV, as well as proof of ABD or PhD status. Additionally, you will be asked to list 3-5 faculty from each institution that you would like to be matched with for informational interviews.
- A selection committee will review completed applications. Accepted applicants will be informed and then be asked to confirm their participation in the Initiative.
- If you are selected to participate in the Initiative, the committee will match you with faculty members based on your research interests. Participants WILL NOT be able to select which faculty they will meet with, though the application does ask you to list faculty you are interested in meeting. You will schedule meetings with your assigned faculty for informational interviews during the recruitment period.
- All accepted participants will receive a full list of participating faculty members, with contact information, after the conclusion of the recruitment period, at which time you are encouraged to reach out to any potential mentors of interest. Likewise, all participating faculty will receive a list of prospective postdoc participants with contact information for their individual recruiting efforts.
